In a recent interview with IT Markt, Dreamlab Technologies’ CEO Nicolas Mayencourt explained the latest findings of CyObs, the Dreamlab’s cyber radar system that shows where exactly Switzerland has cyber vulnerabilities and what companies can do to be more secure in the future.
«For the first time since the start of the survey, we recorded a 5% decrease in the number of vulnerabilities found at the beginning of 2022. That is encouraging. However, the attack surface has not decreased to pre-Corona levels, making the number of these critical, known vulnerabilities in Switzerland's public cyber space still far too high today at over 100,000. Critical means that a total loss of the servers and thus of all data could be imminent. Known means that the vulnerability is documented and in most cases the attack tools are available.»
