In a recent article in Diario Financiero, a Chilean economic newspaper, Roni Berezin and Rodrigo Rios discuss Dreamlab’s Incident Response service, backed up by the largest number of certified specialist consultants in Latin America.
Dreamlab's Incident Response team is trained to deal with critical circumstances and is able to reach the clients premise - in the case of Santiago (Chile) - in less than 120 minutes. "Our role is to help respond as quickly and efficiently as possible, avoiding further damage; facilitating containment and recovery," stated Roni Berezin, Head of the Special Operations Team.
Thanks to the development of new technologies, and whose use Dreamlab has enhanced during the pandemic, the company is also able to respond remotely to clients affected by incidents in other regions of Chile and abroad.
