On February 18-19, 2025, Bern will host the Swiss Cyber Security Days (SCSD), Switzerland’s premier cybersecurity event. Under the theme “Eye of the Cyber – create tomorrow,” SCSD 2025 will gather national and international experts to explore how to secure and shape a sovereign digital future.

As the country’s leading platform for cybersecurity innovation, the SCSD brings together thought leaders, policymakers, and industry professionals for collaboration and critical discussions. Nicolas Mayencourt, SCSD Program Director and Global CEO of Dreamlab Technologies, stressed the importance of action:

«Cyber damages in 2023 reached CHF 6 trillion globally, far surpassing losses from natural disasters. This demonstrates the urgent need to actively shape our digital landscape.»

This year’s program features a remarkable lineup of speakers, including Thomas Süssli, Chief of the Swiss Army; Paolo Benanti, an advisor specializing in the ethics of technology; Severin Schwan, Chairman of Roche Holding; and Todd Hemmens, Chief of Cyber Operations at the FBI. Topics will range from advancements in artificial intelligence and quantum computing to the ethical and societal implications of cybersecurity.

The SCSD welcomes attendees from all backgrounds, offering inspiration, fostering important conversations, and providing actionable insights on building a secure and autonomous cyberspace.
