Dreamlab Technologies at the 4th edition of the Swiss Cyber Security Days

The fourth edition of the Swiss Cyber Security Days (SCSD), the most important meeting on cyber security in Switzerland, brought together the most important decision-makers and experts in the field of cyber security at national and international level and around 2,000 visitors on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 April.

Among the highlights of the first day of the congress was the presentation by Chris Inglis, National Cyber Director and Advisor to the President of the United States Joe Biden. He stressed the importance of good collaboration. Cyberspace knows no national borders, Inglis warned, praising the potential of Swiss innovations.

Nicolas Mayencourt, CEO and founder of Dreamlab Technologies, and Prof. Dr Marc K. Peter, COO of Dreamlab Technologies and Head of Centre for Digital Transformation at the FHNW, presented the annual "State of the Swiss Cyberspace" 2022 edition. The keynote focused on a full scan of the public attack surface of Switzerland and for the first time, showcased the vulnerabilities by sector/industry. Additionally, metrics on global Command and Control (C2) systems and Swiss Crypto Nodes highlighted important considerations for national cybersecurity. The presentation concluded with insights from a recent cybersecurity study on managers' threat protection motivation, pinpointing the critical success factor in cybersecurity.
