Bern, 10 September 2025. Swiss cybersecurity solutions provider Dreamlab Technologies continues to advance the strategic journey centred on the development of its software solutions such as CyObs and CySOC. As a result, it has merged its audit business in Latin America, which in the past has built a successful portfolio of audit services and technical excellence, with SEK, a provider of cyber risk management services.

With the merger of Dreamlab’s operations in Latin America with SEK, customers of both providers will have access to an integrated offering, combining Dreamlab’s technical excellence and consultative proximity with SEK’s scale and capabilities. Dreamlab’s local senior management team in Chile will continue to lead operations and become partners in SEK. In Chile, Dreamlab Technologies serves large organisations from different critical industries such as the financial sector, telecommunications, and mining.

With the acquisition, Dreamlab Latin America and SEK’s operation will migrate completely to a new managed services platform. The regional CEO of Dreamlab Technologies, Fabien Spychiger, welcomed the announcement: «Joining SEK enhances our reach and allows us to scale best practices in offensive services, incident response and strategic consulting.»

Swiss-based Dreamlab Technologies will foster its strategic priority to develop best-practice cybersecurity software solutions and enable its customers globally to improve their cybersecurity postures through the combination of software and services via its international partners in Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, including Dreamlab/SEK in Latin America.

Global CEO Nicolas Mayencourt congratulated the Dreamlab Latin America team for their successful journey: “We built an amazing team in Chile which served customers successfully for many years, and we are looking forward to future projects”.

Dreamlab’s Latin America current operating model will be maintained in the following months to ensure continuity and stability. Subsequently, there will be a gradual integration of teams, processes and portfolio, preserving key technical capabilities.
