From 15 to 17 May, the city of St. Gallen hosted the Swiss Congress of Radiology 2025, bringing together over 1,100 professionals from across Switzerland and beyond. The event featured a rich programme of scientific presentations, educational sessions, and industry insights — highlighting the intersection of medicine, technology, and innovation.

Among the featured speakers was our CEO, Nicolas Mayencourt, who delivered a presentation on the importance of securing IT and OT infrastructures within healthcare environments. As medical systems become increasingly digitised and interconnected, the need to ensure cyber resilience across all devices and operations has become more pressing than ever.

Nick stressed that cybersecurity is not merely a technical concern, but a matter of patient safety and institutional trust. With hospitals depending on real-time data and networked equipment, any breach or disruption can have direct consequences for clinical care. His message was clear: securing healthcare systems is vital to protecting lives.

We extend our thanks to the SCR’25 organisers for hosting such a well-curated event and for facilitating essential discussions that bridge healthcare, technology, and digital trust. It was a privilege to contribute to this dialogue, and we remain committed to advancing safer digital environments across the medical field.
